Guiding individuals through career transitions, identity shifts, and the challenge of starting over — with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
About Jens
"When people reconnect with their identity, purpose, and strengths, their careers — and their lives — transform."
I'm not just any coach — I help people navigate change, rediscover who they are, and move forward with clarity and confidence. My passion is built on years of supporting individuals beginning their careers, rebuilding after job loss, or rising from personal hardship.
My journey began in Germany, where I earned my Master's degree and started coaching youth through international career experiences. I later joined a European network of career advisors, guiding German professionals building careers abroad and helping international professionals relocate to Germany with career and immigration support.
Everything changed when I immigrated to the U.S. ten years ago. I experienced the shock of being in a new culture — misunderstood, uprooted, and unsure of my identity. That challenging period became my turning point. Through the teachings of Michael Singer, Eckhart Tolle, and Joe Dispenza, and certifications in NLP, CBT, and Life Coaching, I rebuilt myself from the inside out.
For the past eight years, I led a career center with NCWorks/Centralina Workforce, coaching hundreds of jobseekers and collaborating with community partners. Today I run my own practice and partner with several firms — IMPACT Group, 35.80 Partners, and Careerminds — coaching professionals through outplacement, career disruption, and the arrival side of an international move.
What I bring is rare: the practical tools of an experienced career coach, the cross-cultural fluency of someone who has lived the relocation experience, and the inner-work depth of a life coach who knows that lasting change starts on the inside.
What I Offer
Whether you're navigating job loss, a pivot, or a reinvention, I help you clarify your direction, articulate your value, and move forward with purpose. This includes resume and LinkedIn strategy, interview preparation, and elevator pitch development.
Moving to a new country or culture is one of life's most disorienting experiences. Drawing from my own immigration journey — and my work with IMPACT Group and 35.80 Partners supporting corporate transferees and relocating founders — I help you navigate the emotional and practical dimensions of relocation, from identity to career integration.
For organizations supporting employees through layoffs or restructuring. I partner with outplacement firms to provide compassionate, identity-centered coaching that produces real results: renewed confidence, clarity, and purposeful re-employment.
Sometimes the real transition is internal. Using mindfulness-based approaches, NLP, and ontological coaching, I help you reconnect with who you are, release limiting beliefs, and build a life and career that reflects your true strengths and values.
Your story is your most powerful asset. I help you develop a compelling personal brand — from your professional narrative and LinkedIn presence to your elevator pitch — so the world sees what you truly bring to the table.
Engaging group workshops on resume writing, self-awareness in the job search, purpose-driven career planning, and cross-cultural career readiness. Available for workforce agencies, employers, and community organizations.
